The Titan Mercury Wrestling Club along with co-sponsors United World Wrestling (UWW) and USA Wrestling is honored to join the Baskerville Institute’s Grappling with Elimination webinar on November 7, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. (MDT), 2:00 p.m. (NY Time) to discuss the inspiring story of how wrestling was saved from elimination from the Olympic Games and how sport can help unite diverse nations and preserve global solidarity.
The webinar will explore the power of sport to overcome political differences, build bridges between cultures, and foster global understanding. Speakers will also discuss the progress that Olympic wrestling has made since its near-elimination in 2013 and how the sport can continue to be a force for good in the world.
